Return policy
As all of our arrangements are custom made using fresh flowers, unfortunatley we cannot accept returns.
Product Turnaround Times
Weekend orders will be fulfilled from a Tuesday.
Bouquets & Vase Arrangements - 48 hrs for the delivery or collection.
Funeral tributes - 7 days notice before delivery or collection.
Seasonal items – 2 days notice before delivery or collection.
Weddings require at least 14 days notice before delivery or collection.
Please note as flowers are seasonal if a specific flower/plant is not in season then we will fulfil with an item that is similar to the image provided on the web.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery up to a 10 mile radius of the Floral Elegance Shop in Bedale.
Within a 1 mile radius (including Bedale and Aiskew) we charge £5.
From 1 to 5 miles we charge £10.
For 5 to 10 miles we charge £15.
There is a minimum order value of £35 for delivery.
Delivery options and prices will be shown at checkout.
Free Shop Collection
We offer the option of collecting your items free from the shop in Bedale. You will be notified when the order is ready for collection, during open hours which you can find on our homepage.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes, you can add a note to seller at checkout with your message that will be included with your order.
Allergens
We use a mix of seasonal flowers in our bouquets and we cannot guarantee they will be free of allergens.
